Who we are
Expertise We bring a wealth of experience in the design, entertainment and management of private parties, weddings and corporate events throughout the UK and overseas. We travel all over the country, with some clients requesting us to arrange exclusive events for them overseas.
Flexible approach Our team of professionals know how to do just about anything connected with events. We are very approachable and flexible, and are always up for a challenge too!

Looking after clients Our head office is based in a lovely barn in the beautiful countryside of West Berkshire. We travel extensively to meet our clients on site, and also hold meetings in our London office.

Gavin Parkhouse, Director

Gavin has worked consistently alongside the pioneers of the party planning industry since leaving school!

With hands-on experience gained at Juliana’s in the 1980s, Gavin began his career as one of the exclusive party DJs playing at many society parties.

Technical production experience was later gained by working for Fisher Lighting and Productions, designing events and parties across the UK and Europe.

This led to 15 successful years as General Manager, organising exclusive events for leading party planner William Bartholomew Party Organising.

Gavin's own company has been moving from strength to strength since it was founded in 2009.

He lives in West Berkshire with his wife and two young children.
